The SpainWork (EOR) Model Explained
An Employer of Record (EOR) is a service provider that takes care of the legal, HR, tax, and local compliance duties for your employees in a country where you do not have a legal entity. The EOR is responsible for hiring, onboarding, and paying your employees on your behalf. While the EOR
acts as the legal employer, you, as the client, maintain the role of managing employer, overseeing the day-to-day activities of the employees.

All we need is the full information of the employees, we will send you a form and the regulatory 145
form (personal data, social security number, family members, salary, etc). Once we have the 1.-
employee info, 2.-the service agreement signed and 3.-the deposit in our bank account, we are
ready to start. As the 3 steps depend on the client, with your help we can hire in 24 hours (or less if
data of the employee and fees arrive).
